An opportunity exists for an experienced IT support Analyst to join a small team providing technical support on both desktops and servers.
Your role will be to provide 1st and 2nd line support including the configuration, deployment and installation of hardware and software through out the company. You will be the main point of contact for support queries in a busy and demanding environment.
To be considered for this position, technically you must have min 1 year commercial experience within a similar role providing technical support up to windows 2003*XP. You must have strong windows 2003 server experience as well as strong XP support. Exchange 2000 is essential and any Exchange 2003 would be highly desirable. A good understanding in networking including WAN*LAN technology and Active Directory is essential. Any Citrix experience would be advantageous.
